Perceive Raiment Shipping Policy:
For customers in Durban central, you have the option of local pickup or convenient delivery at a charge of R60 if you reside in the 4001 or 4000 area code. Please ensure accuracy when registering your location details.
For locations outside Durban within KZN, the delivery fee is R130. If you’re located beyond KZN, we offer nationwide delivery at a fee of R150. For orders exceeding R1500 that are not on sale, the delivery fee is waived, offering free shipping.
Upon placing your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you.
Order Delivery:
Please allow 3-5 business days for order delivery. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We entrust local (SA) deliveries to reputable couriers such as The Courier Guy, Pep (PAXI), Postnet, and Aramex etc
Shipping Schedule:
Please be aware that we do not process shipments on weekends and public holidays. Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.Kindly note that shipping delays might occur during sale periods
