1. Returns:
We gladly accept returns for clothing items within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds will be issued for returned clothing items, excluding accessories, and are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that we do not offer refunds for accessories due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will happily exchange the item for the same product.

4. Return Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us for shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
